Description

A delicious and creamy garlic parmesan chicken pasta dish that is easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

  • You can substitute chicken with shrimp for a different protein.
