Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cooked quinoa, grated carrots, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and let drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite sauce or dip.

- These patties can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- You can freeze uncooked patties for later use.
