- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk and honey until the honey is fully dissolved.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped dates and sliced almonds.
- Grease the inside of your crockpot with a little oil or cooking spray.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared crockpot, spreading it evenly.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for about 3 to 4 hours, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

- Replace honey with maple syrup for a vegan option.
- Use coconut or soy milk instead of almond milk.
- Chopped walnuts or pecans can replace sliced almonds.
