Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Sauté minced garlic and sliced mushrooms in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Place seasoned chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour sautéed garlic and mushrooms over them.
- Mix heavy cream, chicken broth, and dried thyme in a separate bowl, then pour over the chicken and mushrooms.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Adjust seasoning and thicken sauce if desired before serving.
