Crockpot BBQ Brisket Sliders are tender, juicy, and packed with smoky goodness, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 to 3 pounds of beef brisket
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 12 small slider buns
- 2 cups of coleslaw (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the brisket generously with salt and pepper on all sides.
- Sauté the diced onion in a skillet over medium heat until translucent, then add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Mix BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Place the seasoned brisket in the crockpot and pour the sautéed onion and garlic mixture over it, followed by the BBQ sauce mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours until tender.
- Remove the brisket, shred it with two forks, and return it to the crockpot to combine with the sauce.
- Assemble the sliders by placing pulled brisket on the bottom half of each bun and topping with coleslaw.
- Serve warm on a platter with extra BBQ sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Store leftover brisket in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For freezing, place brisket in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months.
- Let the brisket rest for a few minutes after cooking for better flavor.
