- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain excess fat.
- Sauté the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the meat and vegetables to the Crock Pot and add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, elbow macaroni, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
