- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet of Italian dressing mix
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of cooked rice
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and Italian dressing mix.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Serve over cooked rice.
