- 2 cups heavy cream

- 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the bell peppers and corn, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Add paprika, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- You can substitute the chicken with shrimp for a different protein.
- Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- For a lighter version, use half and half instead of heavy cream.
