Description

A hearty and flavorful soup filled with beef, beans, and vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in kidney beans, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
  4. Add beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
