- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If using cocoa powder, add it and blend again.
- Transfer the mousse to bowls or cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
