Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add potatoes and corn, stir to combine.
  4. Pour in vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, simmer until potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir in milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  7. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Blend for a smoother texture if desired.
  9. Serve hot.
