Description
A homemade version of Costco’s popular cashew clusters.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cashews
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the cashews on a baking sheet and toast for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips over low heat.
- Stir in the honey and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the toasted cashews and shredded coconut to the chocolate mixture, stirring until coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to substitute other nuts if desired.
