Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and mixed vegetables.
- In another bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the pasta mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Substitute leftover turkey for chicken if desired.
- Add herbs like thyme or rosemary for extra flavor.
