- 1 cup gingerbread cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the crushed gingerbread cookies and cream cheese.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Mix until smooth.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for 15 minutes.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with decorations before the chocolate sets.
- Chill again until the chocolate hardens.
