Description

Chocolate Pecan Turtle Clusters are a sweet treat made with chocolate, pecans, and caramel, shaped into clusters.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel candies
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the pecans on a baking sheet and toast for 8-10 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the caramel candies with heavy cream over low heat.
  4. Remove the pecans from the oven and let them cool.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the caramel mixture onto the pecans.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  7. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the caramel clusters.
  8. Let the clusters cool and harden before serving.
