Description
A delicious chocolate mint poke cake that combines rich chocolate cake with a refreshing mint layer.

- 1 chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup mint chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup crushed mint candies
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Poke holes all over the top of the cake using a fork.
- In a bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate syrup.
- Pour the mixture over the cake, filling the holes.
- Allow the cake to cool completely.
- Top with whipped topping, mint chocolate chips, and crushed mint candies.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger mint flavor, add mint extract to the whipped topping.
- Use dark chocolate cake mix for a richer taste.
