Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch pan.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
  6. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool completely before icing.
  9. To make the icing, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  10. Spread the icing over the cooled blondies and cut into squares.
