Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the seasoned wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
