Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • Condiments of your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties.
  4. Place each patty on a piece of aluminum foil.
  5. Add diced tomatoes and shredded cheese on top of each patty.
  6. Wrap the foil around the patties securely.
  7. Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Remove from grill and carefully unwrap the foil.
  9. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce and your choice of condiments.

  • You can add vegetables like bell peppers or onions to the packets.
  • Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the patties.
