Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup lettuce
- Condiments of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties.
- Place each patty on a piece of aluminum foil.
- Add diced tomatoes and shredded cheese on top of each patty.
- Wrap the foil around the patties securely.
- Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from grill and carefully unwrap the foil.
- Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce and your choice of condiments.
Notes
- You can add vegetables like bell peppers or onions to the packets.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the patties.
- For a smoky flavor, use a charcoal grill.
