  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. In another bowl, mix honey and apple cider vinegar.
  6. Brush the honey glaze over the chicken thighs during the last few minutes of grilling.
  7. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
