Description

A delicious and healthy recipe featuring chicken, berries, and balsamic dressing served in a mason jar.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, then slice.
  2. Prepare the mason jars by layering mixed greens at the bottom.
  3. Add sliced chicken on top of the greens.
  4. Layer in mixed berries.
  5. Sprinkle feta cheese and walnuts on top.
  6. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over the contents.
  7. Seal the jars and refrigerate until ready to serve.
