- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 2 ripe plums, sliced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix sliced plums with brown sugar, olive oil, and cinnamon.
- Spread the plum mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the puff pastry and place the brie in the center.
- Top the brie with the roasted plums.
- Wrap the puff pastry around the brie and seal the edges.
- Brush the pastry with the egg wash.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
