  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 2 ripe plums, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix sliced plums with brown sugar, olive oil, and cinnamon.
  3. Spread the plum mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry and place the brie in the center.
  5. Top the brie with the roasted plums.
  6. Wrap the puff pastry around the brie and seal the edges.
  7. Brush the pastry with the egg wash.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
