Description

Delicious artichoke pizza topped with spinach and a creamy Parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add spinach and artichoke hearts to the pan, cooking until spinach wilts.
  4. In a bowl, mix heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Spread the spinach and artichoke mixture over the pizza crust.
  6. Pour the cream sauce over the top.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
