- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 10 small flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the diced apples, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Spoon the apple mixture onto each tortilla and roll them tightly.
- Brush the taquitos with melted butter.
- Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add nuts or raisins to the apple mixture.
- Serve with ice cream for a complete dessert.
